Parade Time

Will and Olive were kind enough to help me staff the Friends of the Smokies/NPS float in the Dollywood Homecoming Parade. We had a really fun time and all the park volunteers and kids that rode on the float were great! Can't wait to figure out what we are doing next year! (By the way: Can you tell what Will's job was?)

Magic Kingdom (2 of 2)

Out last day at the Magic Kingdom was a lot of fun! Olive had a silhouette made, just like Will did when he was a boy, and we rode rides and watched parades. Now that we are back home, she is asking when we can go back to "Cinderella's Castle."

Magic Kingdom (1of 2)

Day one of the Magic Kingdom was fit for a princess. We had breakfast in Cinderella's castle with Cinderella, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Ariel, and Belle. Olive (and Dad) enjoyed meeting the ladies she has seen in the movies. After a few rides Olive even met Rapunzel! Rapunzel liked Olive's dress and said they could have been sisters. Olive asked Rapunzel where Pasquale was and apparently he was hiding in the garden.
