Last Wednesday marked Olive's very first concert. Molly and I and our friends Chris and Jen made the short drive (about 10 minutes from our houses) to the Pine Mountain Amphitheater. We brought a picnic and sat on the lawn. It was a beautiful evening. And the show was pretty spectacular as well. Keller Williams opened for the Yonder Mountain String Band. Both sets were high energy and Olive enjoyed dancing and watching the adults dance. She was one of many little kids at the show. She was good about wearing her ear plugs, although they didn't want to stay in so she ended the night with a scarf around her ears, prompting someone in the crowd to exclaim, "Look, Ninja Baby!"
The Ninja Baby was a good girl, and I'm sure that this was the first of many, many shows she will attend.
